Hyundai Sales Report January 2026 - No Impact of Sierra on Creta

Hyundai Motor India Limited has registered its highest-ever monthly domestic sales of 59,107 units in January 2026, recording a good 9.45 percent year-on-year sales growth. In the same month last year, Hyundai sold 54,003 units in the domestic market. 

The brand has also achieved its highest-ever total monthly sales, including exports of 73118 units last month as against 65603 units in the January 2025, reporting a year-on-year sales growth of 11.5 percent. Hyundai exported 14,030 vehicles in January 2026, and its exports recorded a year-on-year growth of 20.9 percent.

Hyundai Creta remains the brand top-seller with 17,921 units sold in the month of January 2026. However, its YoY sales declined marginally by 3.24%. Despite rising competition and slight dip in sales, the Creta remains the country’s top-selling mid-sized SUV.
