• Tata Motors is all set to launch its three models at the Delhi Auto Expo 2023 • The new Altroz EV, Curvv Concept, and Harrier Facelift will be showcased, confirmed by Tata Motors • Here is what to expect from these Tata car models
A biennial motor show, the Delhi Auto Expo is going to make its appearance in January 2023 at Greater Noida. While some of the automakers have not confirmed their participation, we can say Tata Motors is planning to launch its new models at the event. As reported, Tata Motors is coming up with three models including Harrier Facelift, Altroz EV, and Curvv Concept at Auto Expo 2023. The event will take place in the India Expo Mart at Greater Noida from the 13th to the 18th of January 2023.

The Tata Harrier made its debut in 2019 and once launched, it was loved by many Indian customers. Although the Harrier has already received a mid-life facelift in 2020, Tata Motors is planning to introduce another update for the Harrier model. The facelift version of Harrier will be showcased at Auto Expo 2023.
As the Harrier Facelift has been spied on test many times, we can guess that the refreshed version will retain the overall styling. However, the SUV is expected to feature some visual enhancements; it will get a redesigned grille, new set of alloy wheels alongside updated tail lamps and headlamps. In addition, we can also expect a host of new equipment to be on offer including a larger infotainment screen, a 360-degree camera, full digital instrument cluster, Adaptive Cruise Control, and ADAS features as well.

Another car that is likely to be showcased at the Motorshow is the Altroz EV. Currently, Tata Motors has three all-electric vehicles in its lineup; the Tiago EV, the Tigor EV, and the Nexon EV. The fourth one is about to be showcased very soon at the automobile exhibition.
As reported, the New Tata Altroz EV is likely to be based on the same platform (ALFA) as the Nexon EV. Moreover, the four-wheeler is expected to get many features from Nexon EV such as a Power Distribution Unit (PDU), battery pack, and the same electric powertrain.
However, the EV is expected to be equipped with a smaller battery pack offering a range of 350 kms to 400 kms. In terms of pricing, the Tata Altroz EV is expected to sit between the Tigor EV and Nexon EV.

The New Tata Curvv Concept was revealed in April this year which is totally based on the new EV platform. The coupe-styled concept model is following Tata’s new design philosophy that says “Less is More”. Tata will be showcasing this new EV at the Auto Expo 2023 in a slightly more production-ready state.
The concept will have a larger battery pack with a range of around 400 kms -500 kms. It is also said that the upcoming electric model will have the capability to charge other electric vehicles as well.
