Tata Punch facelift is expected to be launched in early 2026. While the exact price has not been confirmed yet, the facelifted model will likely be priced slightly higher than the current version due to the new features and improvements. More details about the launch date and price will be shared closer to the release.

The 2026 Punch facelift will feature a major design overhaul. The front of the vehicle will see a major refresh, with an updated grille, new lighting elements, and a more angular look. The lighting setup will likely resemble the Punch EV, including top-mounted LED DRLs and triangular headlamp housings. The grille will adopt a slatted design, replacing the current mesh-type grille. The rear of the Punch facelift will also get a redesigned boot lid, bumper, and potentially connected tail lamps, inspired by the Tata Altroz.

While the side profile will largely remain unchanged, the facelift will feature new alloy wheels. Additionally, a 360-degree camera system will be introduced. The Punch will maintain its stylish roof rails, shark-fin antenna, and squared wheel arches.

Inside, the 2026 Punch facelift will see some notable improvements. A 7-inch TFT instrument cluster will be introduced, along with a refined climate control panel. One of the more exciting updates is the new two-spoke steering wheel, which could feature an illuminated Tata logo, similar to other newer Tata models.
In terms of safety, the Punch facelift will come with 6 airbags as standard, a significant upgrade from the dual airbags offered in the current model. Premium features such as a blind-spot monitor and front ventilated seats might be offered in select variants, enhancing comfort and safety.
The 2026 Punch will retain its popular 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which will support wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other features like the voice-assisted electric sunroof, rear AC vents, and fast USB chargers will continue to be offered, providing convenience for passengers.

The powertrain of the Punch facelift is expected to remain largely the same. It will continue to feature the 1.2-liter Revotron petrol engine, producing 87.8 PS and 115 Nm of torque. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. The CNG variant of the Punch will also continue, producing 73.5 PS and 103 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
