Sierra EV offers 300-600 km range with multiple drivetrains Harrier EV comes with a dual-motor setup and an updated design Safari Stealth features an advanced feature, along with matte black finish
Tata Motors is set to launch an exciting portfolio of SUVs in 2025, with electric and internal combustion engine (ICE) versions of some of its most popular models. The brand has unveiled most-awaited Sierra EV/ ICE, Harrier EV and Safari EV at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.
Here's a quick glance at the list of confirmed Tata SUVs launching this year:
Sierra EV is based on Tata's new Acti.ev platform, which also underpins other Tata electric models. The electric SUV is going to boast of having a range of either 300 to 600 km. To be available in AWD, RWD, and FWD configurations, the Sierra EV is going to have a 60 kWh battery pack. It has a single and dual-motor option. Much is unknown about the range of the version that will arrive in the dual-motor setup. The interior of Sierra EV features a large touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, lounge-style seating configuration, electric sunroof, individual rear-seat screens, and Level 2 ADAS.

The ICE variant of the Sierra will also be launched along with the electric variant. All its typical design attributes have been kept- large alpine windows, LED tail lamps being connected for a single mass design. In contrast, this has taken Tata's latest design ideology evident in its offerings like Harrier and Safari. The Sierra ICE will offer two engine choices. It includes a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol putting out 170 PS and 280 Nm, while a 2.0-litre diesel churns out 170 PS and 350 Nm of torque. Available transmission options are 6-speed manual, and 7 speed DCT on petrol variants, either 6 speed manual or 6 speed automatic on the diesel variant.

This Tata Harrier EV rolled in production in the year 2025. It was the same standard body design on which some much-needed changes are put. Being a plus point, this major change is done through a front bumper having newly revised aerodynamics styled alloy wheels but the grille gets closed. Inside, it would feature dual 12.3-inch screens, ventilated front seats, 6-way powered driver's seat, and dual-zone AC. Its safety features include 7 airbags, a 360-degree camera, and Level 2 ADAS. The Harrier EV uses a dual-motor setup for a combined 500 Nm of torque.
The Tata Safari Stealth Edition has been unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The matte black finish has been given along with black highlights on the grille, air dam, and the bumper, giving it a very contrasting look with the iconic looks of the standard Safari but rather aggressive and more modern. In the Safari, there is an all-black cabin, and that has a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster along with a panoramic sunroof. The 2.0-litre diesel produces 170 PS along with 350 Nm of torque and is mated to either manual or automatic transmission. The newest Tata SUVs are designed to bring the perfect amalgamation of performance, latest technology, and modern design; surely something that will satisfy the rising demand for electric as well as conventional vehicles in the market.
