Mahindra, among its showcase of recently launched BE 6 and XEV 9e the brand presented the XUV 3XO Flex Fuel Edition at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. This SUV first made its debut at last year's expo as Mahindra's first entry into the flex fuel territory. Let's take a look at the XUV 3XO Flex Fuel Edition in further detail.

The exterior or interior stays the same with no design change for the flex fuel edition. The SUV is a W6 variant with additional stickers on both sides to show the nature of the alternate fuel. It can be said that there are major updates to the pipeline of the XUV 3XO to make it compatible with flex fuel.

Powertrain

The XUV 3XO Flex Fuel comes with a familiar 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that's in the standard version. The engine could deliver up to 109 bhp with 200 Nm of torque. It is partnered up with a six-speed manual gearbox. The powertrain will use some additional elements to make it compatible with flex fuel. The XUV 3XO Flex Fuel will be capable of running on a blend of E20 to E85 (20 to 85 percent ethanol in gasoline).
