Maruti Suzuki Fronx has already won hearts in India due to its design, comfort, and refined turbocharged engine. Now, the Fronx is set to get a major facelift in 2026. With new features, improved safety, and better performance, the facelifted Fronx will take things to a whole new level.
Here are the 5 most exciting updates you can expect from the Maruti Fronx facelift hybrid:
The biggest change in the Fronx facelift will be the introduction of a hybrid engine. Maruti is expected to incorporate its Super Ene-Charge 48V mild-hybrid system, paired with a 1.0 to 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine. This will not only improve fuel efficiency but also offer better performance.

With the hybrid engine, the Maruti Fronx facelift is expected to deliver a fuel economy of over 35kmpl. This would make it the most fuel-efficient SUV in India. If these reports are true, it will make the Fronx facelift a standout in its segment.
Another major upgrade will be the addition of ADAS tech. Maruti Suzuki Fronx facelift ADAS will bring Level 2 driver assistance features, making it the first sub-4m SUV to offer this technology.
In addition to ADAS, the Fronx facelift will likely come with six airbags, ESP (Electronic Stability Program), hill hold assist, and a 360-degree camera. These safety features will make the compact SUV even safer.
The facelift will bring a refreshed look to the Fronx, with a revised grille, updated bumpers, and new alloy wheels. On the inside, you can expect upgraded materials, an electric sunroof, and a more feature-rich infotainment system.
While the exact launch price hasn’t been revealed yet, it is expected that the facelifted hybrid model will cost slightly more than the current petrol variant. Maruti Fronx hybrid is expected to debut in 2026, and more details about its pricing and availability will be shared closer to the launch.
