Hyundai to launch new off-road SUV and 7-seater MPV in India Next-gen Creta and a new 7-seater SUV to launch by 2027 Hyundai Palisade to come as a flagship SUV Bayon crossover is coming to challenge Maruti Fronx
The Korean automaker, Hyundai has lost its second position to Mahindra in terms of sales in the Indian auto industry. In a bid to regain its lost market share, the company is developing multiple new models which will be launched in the next 2-3 years.

Hyundai has officially announced to enter the off-road SUV and MPV segments in India. The company is likely to launch the Stargazer MPV, which is based on the same platform that underpins the Kia Carens Clavis. The new 3-row MPV will rival the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Kia Carens Clavis.
The company has not revealed any information on the off-road vehicle, but it could be an all-new model. Hyundai could launch a new lifestyle SUV to rival the Mahindra Scorpio-N or Thar Roxx. Moreover, Hyundai is reportedly working on an all-new off-roader to rival the likes of the Ford Everest and Toyota Fortuner for the global markets. The same could also arrive in our market..

Hyundai is preparing an all-new sub-4 meter crossover, which will be positioned between the Exter and Venue in the line-up. It is likely to be based on the Bayon crossover on sale in European markets. The new SUV will directly rival the Maruti Suzuki Fronx and Nissan Magnite. It is likely to be based on the Tucson LWB platform. The new Hyundai SUV is expected to get a 1.6L petrol-hybrid powertrain that powers the Tucson in select international markets.

Hyundai Palisade will come to India as the brand’s flagship model. It will be offered with a strong hybrid powertrain and will take on the country’s most popular premium SUV, the Toyota Fortuner.
