Brezza Facelift to Benefit With Turbo Petrol Engine - Launch Date

Brezza facelift arriving on July 23, 2026 To get a turbo petrol engine with 6MT Brezza 1.5L NA to get underbody CNG tank

Maruti Suzuki is all set to introduce the new Brezza facelift in the country on July 23, 2026. Ahead of the launch, the company is giving attractive discounts and benefits on the existing Brezza lineup. Customers can enjoy benefits up to Rs 55,000, including cash discounts, exchange/scrappage bonuses and corporate offers.

2026 Maruti Brezza Details

The updated model will bring in several cosmetic design and interior changes along with a longer list of features. It is reportedly to get a new 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, Boosterjet turbocharged petrol engine that also powers the Fronx. Paired with a new 6-speed manual gearbox, the 1.0L Turbo engine is capable of producing 100PS and 147.6Nm of torque. With the new turbo petrol engine, the Brezza 1.0L will attract lower GST benefits.

The updated model will retain the 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine that produces 103bhp and 137Nm of torque, and is paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Instead of a boot-fitted CNG kit, the new Brezza will get an underbody CNG tank. This arrangement will free up additional boot space.

The Maruti Brezza facelift is expected to be equipped with ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) suite with features like adaptive cruise control, lane assist, autonomous emergency braking and others. In terms of features, the SUV could get electrically adjustable driver’s seat, ventilation function for driver and co-driver’s seat, new upholstery for seats, ambient lighting and others.

The new Brezza facelift will come with a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. In terms of design, the SUV is likely to get a new front grille, revised fog lamp housing and front bumper, and a thick silver faux skid plate. The Brezza facelift could also get a newly designed alloy wheel.
