Electric versions of the Tata Harrier, Altroz, and Safari have been teased by Tata Motors electric sub brand .EV ahead of Auto Expo 2023. These three electric vehicles are going to be the electric version of their flagship models, ie., Harrier SUV, Safari SUV, and Altroz hatchback. Apart from them, Tata Curvv EV Concept and Avinya EV Concept will also be showcased at the event by the homegrown automaker.
The electric version of Altroz was expected from Tata Motors since it made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in 2019. Now, the company is ready to showcase the Altroz EV at the upcoming motor show.
The electric powertrain and battery pack of the EV are likely to use the battery unit that powers the Nexon EV.
