Hyundai has solid plans to introduce a range of new cars in the Indian market. Among these is the next-generation Venue which has also been spied several times on roads. The brand might also bring its electric avatar in the future which will rival Tata Nexon EV. Let's have an overview of the next-gen Hyundai Venue.
Internally known as QU2i, the second-gen Venue will get new design features such as split headlamps, an all-new grille, a taller front bumper, fresh alloy wheels, and new horizontal two-piece taillights with new LED signatures.
Not just the outside, but the interior of the 2025 Hyundai Venue will also receive fresh treatment. It will feature new leatherette upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a larger touchscreen on the new dashboard, and wider headrests for the front row.
The Level 2 ADAS kit will comprise a range of features - Auto High Beam, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Assist, Autonomous Emergency Braking, and others.
Beneath the hood, it will continue to use the same engine options including a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, 1.5-litre turbo diesel and 1.0-litre turbo petrol engines. Transmission duties will be handled by 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, and 7-speed DCT.
The new-gen Venue will be the first model to be produced at the brand's new Talengaon factory which was acquired by Hyundai from General Motors in 2023. The compact SUV is expected to come into production in October 2025.
