Nissan India has launched the Gravite 7-seater MPV at a starting price of Rs 5.65 lakh, ex-showroom. The company has also introduced the new top-spec Tekna Launch Edition, which is limited to first 5000 customers. The new Nissan Gravite Launch Edition is based on the top-spec Tekna trim, and is offered with both manual and AMT (automated manual transmission) options.
The Gravite Launch Edition is available in two variants - Petrol MT and Petrol AMT - priced at Rs 8.35 lakh and Rs 8.93 lakh, respectively, ex-showroom. The MPV is available with a standard 3 years/ 1 lakh kms warranty, which can be further extended up to 10 years and 2 lakh kms. In fact, the first 5000 bookings will be eligible for zero service costs for the first five years, along with financing and upgrade benefits.

Powering the Gravite Launch Edition is a 1.0L, 3-cylinder, NA petrol engine that produces 72bhp and 96Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. The Nissan Gravite petrol manual is claimed to offer an ARAI certified fuel economy of 19.3kmpl. The AMT version delivers 19.6kmpl.
