Among them is the Tata Nexon EV, which captivates the crowd with its futuristic technology, premium safety features, and stunning design that leaves stiff competition from the MG Windsor EV, Tata Curvv EV, and Mahindra XUV 400.

The beauty of the Tata Nexon EV is its certified range of up to 489 kilometres, leaving it perfect for long trips without being very concerned about recharging stops. Its 46.08 kWh battery produces 147.51bhp and 215Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 8.9 seconds. The Nexon EV also features advanced regenerative braking along with multiple driving modes: Eco, City, and Sport to further enhance the performance.

The MG Windsor EV is equipped with a 38 kWh battery that gives up to 331km of range. Its power output is 134bhp while its torque is 200Nm. The Tata Curvv EV comes in two battery sizes: 45 kWh and 55 kWh. The old version has an air distance of 502km, whereas the newest variant would go up to 585km. The Mahindra XUV400 would have 34.5 kWh and 39.4 kWh batteries, respectively, giving miles 375km and 456km.

For pricing, there are trims available on the Tata Nexon EV, which range from the base variant price of Rs. 13.99 lakh upwards to Rs. 17.19 lakh for the Empowered + Red Dark variant.
The MG Windsor EV is available at a massively lower price at Rs. 13.50 lakh for the Excite variant for this; customers have to pay an additional rental for the battery fee of Rs. 3.5 per km driven. The Tata Curvv EV is priced at Rs. 17.49 lakh for the 45 kWh version and goes up to Rs. 21.99 lakh for the more powerful battery option. The Mahindra XUV400 comes with a price range of Rs. 15.49 lakh to Rs. 17.49 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.

The Tata Nexon EV has literally gone all out and made it quite comfortable while also ensuring great safety. The features of this vehicle also include a 12.25-inch touchscreen, JBL sound system, 6 airbags, a 5-star BNCAP rating, and ESP, along with some of the advanced safety features like a 360-degree camera; thus, it is more of a tech-savvy option for the eco-conscious drivers.
On the other hand, the MG Windsor EV has an elegant interior, a 15.6-inch touchscreen, and lavish facilities such as Aero-Lounge seats and an infinity glass roof. The Tata Curvv is really a standout because it boasts a panoramic roof, Level 2 ADAS for improved safety systems, and an additional 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless connectivity facilities. The Mahindra XUV400 has a two-tone interior, a digital instrument console, and also dual airbags along with TPMS.
